Debbie has over 29 years in the property tax field. She is a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant for the State of Texas. She worked 6 years for Capitol Appraisal Group, Inc., handling business personal property renditions and exemptions for the Galveston Central Appraisal District. She was then employed by DuCharme, McMillen & Associates for 11 years preparing business personal renditions, filing appeals on industrial, business personal property and commercial accounts, and negotiating reductions across the State of Texas. For the past 12 years she has focused her skills on small industrial, business personal property, commercial and residential properties in Harris, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties.
